Executive Coaching is a client-centered, client-driven process, customized to meet the specific, unique needs of each client. Individuals in senior management/management roles and entrepreneurs with a commitment to professional and personal growth and effectiveness will benefit from an Executive Coaching program.

The Burke Groups coaching program is a customized, confidential program incorporating an assessment process, one-on-one, telephone and e-mail coaching, development planning, monitoring and evaluation. The program generally will run from 6 months to up to 2 years.

To be successful, executive coaching requires our clients' personal commitment to the success of the partnership and a strong match between coach and client.
