Description:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor and industrial footwear, currently in search of a new Sales Operations Administrator.

 

The qualified candidate will be self-motivated, with excellent customer service skills and sales-related experience. The candidate will be working closely with the CSR team, customers and Territory Managers across North America. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, and be able to provide support to the sales team.

Education/
Experience:
  • 5 or more years of customer service experience in an order desk environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent Data Entry skills
  • Completion of college or industry courses related to sales, marketing and or business management
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ownership of work
  • Must be a self-starter who can take projects on and run with them independently
  • Experience supporting multiple accounts or sales funnel
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Excel
  • Must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and technical skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities/
Requirements:
  • Analyze sales/inventory figures and provide deliverables based on project requests
  • Generate and Communicate weekly and monthly forecast/progress reports
  • Manage Salesforce.com database and provide advanced reporting
  • Coordinate projects with sales team as required
  • Support the sales funnel as directed by the sales management team
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed
Salary: $45,000-$55,000
Additional information:
  • Office Environment
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30PM
  • Full benefit package after 3 months
