The Burke Group is seeking reliable candidates on an ongoing basis to meet the needs of our clients for last minute and temporary office coverage. The assignment length can vary from short term to long term coverage. These positions can range from front line reception, switchboard, administrative assistant, administrative coordinator, office administrator, executive assistant and office manager.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
  • Ability to work well independantly
  • Must be extremely reliable and hard working
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
  • Must be friendly and enjoy interacting with people
  • Professional telephone manner a must
  • Qualifications vary depending on the role
  • Acting as face of the company
  • Managing all mail and couriers
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Contributing to the overall effective smooth running of the organization
  • Duties vary based on the position
Salary: $15.00-$17.00/hr
