Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor and industrial footwear. They are seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.


The qualified candidate will have excellent customer service skills and sales-related experience. This candidate will be working closely with the Customer Service team, customers, and Territory Managers across North America. They are ultimately looking for an individual who will step up to the plate, take ownership of the role, and capitalize on team capabilities.

  • 5 or more years of customer service experience in an order desk environment
  • Bilingual – fluent in French/English
  • Completion of college or industry courses related to sales, marketing and or business management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent Data Entry skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ownership of work
  • Managing customer inquiries
  • Receiving and entering orders
  • Tracking and following up on customers’ orders
  • Executing outbound call campaigns to existing customers and prospects
  • Working with business unit managers and territory managers
  • Examine and verify accuracy of work
  • Must be hands on and willing to help out wherever and whenever needed
  • Provide information and great customer service
Salary: $40,000-$42,000
Additional information:
  • Office Environment
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30PM
  • Full benefit package after 3 months
