Reporting to the President, you will facilitate all Business Development initiatives for the organization and execute a variety of strategic marketing plans to support business development objectives and initiatives. |
| Education/ Experience: |
Successful candidates will have excellent business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment combined with five (5) or more years of experience in a sales environment. Some experience in the human resources and/or staffing industry is an asset, but not required. Primary consideration for this position will be the active involvement in the community at service clubs or other vehicles essential in maintaining a strong and viable network. |
