Description:

Our client, a distributor of point-of-sale and security technology to the restaurant industry, is currently seeking a bilingual customer support analyst for their Niagara-on-the-Lake facility.

Education/
Experience:

Post secondary education in a Business-related field combined with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities/ Requirements:

  • Answer all incoming calls and provide technical support to customer.
  • Follow up on customers once per shift.
  • Prioritize the critical calls in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all necessary information in order to complete service work.
  • Small projects to be assigned periodically.
  • Other duties as mandated by client.
