Description:

As the Customer Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving profitable brand sales and effective retail execution of a specific brand.  Additionally, you will develop and execute account/channel focused programs and effective new product launches that meet brand category objectives.

Education/
Experience:

The ideal candidate will combine a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related Liberal Arts field with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in sales and/or marketing.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong financial acumen and P&L management competencies rooted in analytics.  Along with proven experience in customer retail strategy and interaction, Consumer and Shopper Insights and marketing/business strategy.
Responsibilities/
Requirements:
  • Develop best in class expertise of brand platforms, objectives and strategies with thorough understanding of brand and categories
  • Develop and execute new product launch strategies
  • Create a balanced customer and consumer focused culture
  • Develop comprehensive selling material
  • Collaborate with Director of Consumer Research to incorporate consumer focused insights into selling strategies
  • Work with Sales and Marketing team to develop proprietary SKU’s that deliver customer financial metrics
  • Provide forecasting and distribution insight for new products and innovation projects
  • Guide trade investment and merchandising toward corporate and brand priorities
  • Develop plans for product disposition
  • Represent the brands at customers visits and provide brand/category strategies and expertise
  • Champion focused account/channel expertise to provide business intelligence to both sales and marketing in areas of packaging, pricing, competition & merchandising
  • Provide input on supply chain priority setting and allotment tools
