Description:

To provide technical support pertaining to products to internal and external
customers.

Experience:
  • 2-3 years Customer Service or Call Centre experience

  • Must have working knowledge and interest in computer hardware.

  • Some network experience would be beneficial but not necessary

Education:
Requirements:
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and provide support while the
    customer is on the phone
  • Do Follow Up on all customers in Queue once a shift
  • Prioritize the critical calls so that if a customer is down they
    receive support paperwork
  • Get all information needed to complete service work order paperwork
  • Other duties will be given for low call periods (night shift)
  • Complete Setup and other small projects as requested.
Salary:
$12.00 -$18.00/hr
