As the Technical and Commercial Support Technician, your primary responsibility will be to ensure quality and accurate costing and quotations to all customers worldwide by working with the customer to determine their needs.

Minimum of three (3) years experience in Manufacturing.

• Work closely with the sales department to provide accurate quotes for materials or products
• Machine costing, review data to determine material and labour requirements and prepare itemized lists
• Review proposals and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects or services
• Consult with clients and vendors to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues, make recommendations.
• Compute cost factor and prepare estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing and preparing bids
• Highly organized with excellent written and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highly motivated and extremely detailed oriented, with experience in a manufacturing operation performing similar duties
