Description:

Our client, a leader in the North American glass processing market, is currently seeking an qualified Millwright Mechanic for their new facility in Brampton.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the facility’s performance in the areas of quality, safety, performance and employee relations.
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a Production Supervisor role in combination with previous experience with heavy industrial equipment. Quarry experience would be a definite asset.
Education :
 Post secondary education in a related field
Requirements:
  • Manage all aspects of a highly automated process
  • Ensure production schedules are met
  • Set production and assign tasks
  • Prepare production reports as required
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to instill teamwork
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
