Description:

Our client is currently seeking Store Managers for their Retail Operations located through out Ontario.

Is the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing training, leadership and general retail management for the operation of 1 to 2 retail stores within your area.

Experience:

Minimum of two years experience in a Retail Management role.

Education:
 Post Secondary education.
Requirements:
  • Generate profitable sales or exceeding sales objectives for your store(s)
  • Build, motivate and manage your sales force
  • Train and develop your employees in the area of wine product knowledge, customer service, selling skills and general retail skills
  • Effectively manage the sales budget for your store(s)
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner consistent with company policies and procedures
  • Work with store employees to develop effective and targeted merchandising consistent with home office marketing directives and customer needs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong merchandising and analytical skills
  • Computer literate (including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, POS terminal, internet and Outlook)
  • Strong selling and presentation skills
  • Wine knowledge is an asset
Salary:
 $28-33K annually plus incentives and bonuses
