QUESTION:

I have done MBA specialization in HR and have work experience of over 2 years and looking for an opportunity in US. I would like to know whether I have to be certified in HR to get a job. If so how do I enroll myself for HR certifications.


ANSWER:

Not all employers require an HR Certification for roles in HR. However most senior roles require appropriate post secondary education. You should contact the local Community College and/or the local Human Resources Association to inquire about Certification Programs that they have available.
