Commercial Litigation Lawyer

We are currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer for a prestigious firm located in the beautiful Niagara Region. Our client is an established firm focused on company culture, fit and mutual respect. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with both commercial litigation and civil litigation law.
The successful candidate will have 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience, in-house or with a recognized law firm, including a specific focus on litigation claims management. Able to handle caseload from inception through trial and to work both independently and effectively collaborate with others. Some bankruptcy and insolvency experience would be an asset.
