Our client seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Coordinator to support their sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our corporate sales department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hotels and travel, with outstanding computer, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the corporate sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales materials
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Coordinate and execute corporate events and trade shows
  • Assist with the coordination of sales calls and site visits
  • Manage and track sales leads and follow-up activities
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Act as the point of contact for all incoming inquiries from clients and prospects
  • Ensure all documentation and correspondence are accurate, timely, and professional
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in hotels or travel
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Maestro Software
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed
