Our client seeks a highly motivated Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an extensive portfolio of corporate clients, with a focus on bringing in new business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with assertive sales skills and solid prospecting skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales and have their own car.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an extensive portfolio of corporate clients and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct regular sales calls and client visits to promote the company and generate leads
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other sales materials to clients
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients to ensure profitability for the company
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company and generate leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client information in the CRM system
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record in business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to generate new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Own a car to travel for client meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
