An established and values-driven manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings both strategic thinking and hands-on operational experience. The successful candidate will oversee all core HR functions while helping foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
• Support employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies
• Develop, maintain, and interpret HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, workplace standards, and health & safety requirements
• Support compensation, benefits administration, attendance management, WSIB, LTD, and return-to-work programs
• Partner with managers and supervisors to provide coaching and HR guidance
• Coordinate training initiatives, including legislative and safety training programs
• Participate in workplace investigations and promote a safe and respectful work environment
• Maintain HR records, reporting, and day-to-day HR administration

Qualifications:
• 5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within manufacturing
• Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation including ESA, OHSA, Human Rights legislation, and Pay Equity
• Experience supporting Health & Safety initiatives and Joint Health & Safety Committees
• CHRP or CHRL designation considered an asset
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
