A long-established leading provider of screening, pelletizing, and primary crushing systems, serving primarily the North American and Australian Mining and Aggregate markets. Is currently seeking a motivated, and experienced Marketing Director. This is a critical role within the organization to define global market strategy, guiding the international marketing team, and overseeing activities in various regions and platforms. The company’s mission is to deliver the best of these technologies to customers in the mining, minerals, aggregates, construction materials, fertilizers, and salt industries through a complete portfolio of innovative mineral processing technologies. With deep roots and years of experience in these industries, they use their innovative and shared technologies to effectively meet the needs of customers around the world.

The successful candidate will be part of the leadership team, and working alongside their Niagara entity management, develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Niagara technologies and services on a global scale, supporting sales growth across existing and new target industries and markets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with international sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives
  • Define the global marketing strategy, guiding the international marketing team and overseeing activities in various regions and platforms
  • Coordinate and effectively utilize the skills and resources of the Marketing teams in Brazil, Canada, and Germany, to support the global strategy
  • Develop market research initiatives to identify target markets and analyze competitors
  • Support lead generation efforts
  • Understand, develop, and execute campaigns including promotions, advertising, social media initiatives, and digital marketing tools
  • Effectively manage and control work undertaken by agencies and suppliers
  • Propose and manage the Marketing budget, including negotiation of contracts with vendors
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and make decisions to optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product and service enhancements and innovations
  • Coordinate product launches across different regions
  • Provide initiative and creativity to regional and entity-level business planning
  • Lead the organization of events such as trade shows, sales meetings, dealer and industry events
  • Support and enhance the Niagara brand and identity
  • Ensure focus on target industries, including registration and professional standing with all relevant industry associations
  • And all other duties as required  


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing & Communication or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience
  • International experience in the mining industry or equipment/industrial sales is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Strong managerial abilities with proven international team development skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on Sales & Marketing integration
  • Experience in market analysis and analytic-based strategic planning and execution
  • Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
  • Ability to travel internationally
