Office manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, Hiring on site technicians, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, office cleanup, and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage. A successful Office Manager should also have experience with HR and a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

The Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

Tasks

  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and team members
  • Procuring items needed by the technicians
  • Creating schedules and assigning tasks for employees
  • Posting and Hiring new employees
  • Making reports for owners or executives
  • Maintain efficiency within the office by establishing the best policies, standards, and procedures
  • Train and successfully onboard new hires
  • Organize company-wide, corporate, and internal meetings
  • Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
  • Handle complaints, maintenance requests and other concerns

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

  • Familiarity with scheduling
  • 2 years proven HR experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
