- Research information for new and lapsed customers and contractors from a database.
- Engage with contacts via telephone to gather specific criteria and record the information accurately in the database.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly "contact" targets set by the manager.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions to enhance the success of customer contact results.
- Assist in tracking customer orders and proactively follow up directly with customers.
